This video shows the differences in video frame recording rates. A higher recorded frame rate means more hard drive storage is necessary. On the lower right hand corner of this video is a recording at 30 frame rates per second which is full motion real time video. As you can see, the higher the frame rate the more real time activity is recorded and viewed.
